Cal-Poly professor Ahmad Atif Ahmad says it's impossible to compare Islam and the West because Islamic values constantly evolve...They do? Like how? Is he talking about the struggle within Islam as to whether it's more appropriate to strike your wife with a closed fist or an open fist? In a new book, he is basically canceling, or largely writing off, a debt to "the Arabo-Muslim world" dating from the year 750 - a concept built up by other historians over the past 50 years - that has Europe owing Islam for an essential part of its identity...I tell ya what...When that Fatwa letter comes, don't sign for it...It's not legally binding if not properly served.
