My apologies for my absence (for those who have noticed). Was working towards a promotion. Got the job - only, it's in addition to my own. No more money, but a lot more people reporting to me. I have to find a way to streamline the two jobs into one, and find elegant ways to get more work out of less people. The good news: I love a challenge.
