Info Post
In a relatively small area of Central North Carolina, liver pudding, aka livermush, is a staple of many people's diet.  Growing up, eating this stuff was quite common for me.  Usually fried, as a sandwich, with mustard.  It's been years since I've had it.  I'm pretty sure I'd think it was nasty if I tried it now.
