I dunno. Everyone knows that CNN's ratings are lower than worm dirt and everyone knows that sex sells, so who can blame them for selling a little for ratings. Nothing wrong with that in my humble estimation. Yet somehow, I have to believe that the medical explanation of how having large breast implants might be detrimental to your health could have been easily explained without the melons.
